Vitamin C-
Vitamin C is an important component for collagen biosynthesis. Vitamin C is also involved in protein metabolism. Vitamin C exhibits antioxidant properties and has been shown to regenerate other antioxidants within the body, including alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E). Vitamin C has also shown to increase the absorption of calcium.

It is calcium salt of water-soluble vitamin also known as pantothenic acid.
